I am a Certified Yoga Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their healing journeys. Yoga has been my life’s work, and I feel deeply honored to guide people toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being mentally, physically, and emotionally.

My training is extensive and integrative. I offer group and private sessions in Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Gentle Yoga, meeting each student exactly where they are. As a yoga therapist, I specialize in one-on-one private yoga, creating personalized practices designed to support healing, recovery, stress management, and emotional well-being.

My approach weaves together yoga therapy, Ayurvedic medicine and psychology, specialized certifications in holistic play therapy. holistic sex therapy. and ADHD, allowing me to address the whole person rather than just symptoms. I am also Reiki certified, and I often incorporate energy work when appropriate to deepen relaxation and support the body’s natural healing processes.

I believe yoga is not about perfection it’s about connection. Connection to your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. Whether you are navigating stress, chronic pain, emotional challenges, or simply seeking a more grounded and balanced life, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing can unfold at your own pace.
